Adtelligent Group today announced updates to its Legal Terms for its website and platform, reflecting the evolving regulatory framework for artificial intelligence in the European Union and the application of key provisions of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689).
The updated Legal Terms provide greater clarity on the responsibilities of publishers and advertisers when using artificial intelligence in connection with content and advertising materials. In particular, users are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated or AI-modified content and advertising materials comply with applicable legal requirements, including any required disclosures, notices, labels and other transparency measures.
The updated Terms also clarify our approach to the use of artificial intelligence in connection with our Services. Where AI technologies are used, the Company will take commercially reasonable measures to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and will provide appropriate transparency information where required by law.
The updates further establish that the companies of Adtelligent Group may take appropriate action, including restricting or removing materials, where it becomes aware of or reasonably suspects non-compliance with applicable AI-related laws or transparency requirements.
“AI regulation is rapidly becoming an integral part of the legal framework governing digital services and content,” said Olga Antoniuk, Data Protection Officer. “These updates are intended to provide greater transparency and clarity to our users and commercial partners while ensuring that our contractual framework keeps pace with regulatory developments.”
The updated Legal Terms are available on adtelligent.com and theadgroup.com and will apply from 18.09.2026.
