As part of its ongoing international growth, the Adtelligent brand is now represented by several companies operating within the Adtelligent family.
The updated structure reflects the company’s expansion across different markets and regions, allowing the group to operate more flexibly while maintaining a unified brand, product ecosystem, and business approach.

Under the new structure, different legal entities within the family may represent the Adtelligent brand depending on the region, operational scope, or type of business activity. At the same time, the brand itself, its technology, services, and strategic direction remain fully consistent across the group.
In 2025, our family created The Ad Group Inc., which holds rights to the Adtelligent brand as well as certain technology and infrastructure assets. Together with Adtelligent Inc., the company will continue developing and delivering AdTech solutions under the Adtelligent brand.
